🛥️ Last-Minute Daily Charter Policy
(for bookings made less than 45 days before departure)
- For all the bookings made online the full amount should be payed.
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the trip date, or in case of no-show on the day of the trip, no refund will be provided, unless there is a serious health issue or another valid reason. In such cases, there may be the possibility to transfer the booking, subject to approval by the reservations department.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- If guests arrive more than 30 minutes late, the booking may be considered cancelled, and no refund will be given.
- The captain may delay or reschedule the cruise due to unsafe weather conditions. A full refund will be offered only if no alternative date or time can be arranged.
- The final number of guests must be confirmed when booking.
- Additional guests who have not been declared in advance will not be allowed to board the vessel.
- Pets are allowed on the boat upon prior arrangement, with an additional cost.

- A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days before the trip.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the trip, the deposit is non-refundable.
