(for bookings made less than 45 days before departure)
  • For all the bookings made online the full amount should be payed. 
  • In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the trip date, or in case of no-show on the day of the trip, no refund will be provided, unless there is a serious health issue or another valid reason. In such cases, there may be the possibility to transfer the booking, subject to approval by the reservations department.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • If guests arrive more than 30 minutes late, the booking may be considered cancelled, and no refund will be given.
  • The captain may delay or reschedule the cruise due to unsafe weather conditions. A full refund will be offered only if no alternative date or time can be arranged.
  • The final number of guests must be confirmed when booking.
  • Additional guests who have not been declared in advance will not be allowed to board the vessel.
  • Pets are allowed on the boat upon prior arrangement, with an additional cost.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days before the trip.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the trip, the deposit is non-refundable.

FAQ

Passport or ID details are required by the Port Authorities in Greece for all passengers onboard. This is a legal requirement and ensures your cruise is properly registered and insured. Your data is used strictly for official purposes.

Passenger lists must be submitted to the Port Authorities in advance. For this reason, we require all details at least 24 hours before your cruise. Without this information, the cruise cannot legally depart.

In most cases, full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

For last-minute reservations (less than 48 hours before departure), cash payment at the marina may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
